My Second Rental by Owner Site

Well it's been several years since I launched my first rental by owner website, which mainly focuses on Emerald Isle vacation rentals. It was slow going getting that site to show up in search engines and generating any traffic. However, it ranks pretty well now, and actually makes a little bit of money for me.

So based on the success of that site, I took some of the revenue from it and launched a second rental site. This one however, is focused on the Las Vegas and Clark County areas. I figure if I can get Las Vegas for Rent to rank anywhere near the top, I will see a lot more revenue. The Las Vegas market is tough, but I think with the right content and lots of it, I should have no problem generating twice as much revenue on this site than on the Crystal Coast site.

Whereas my other sites are basically Wordpress blogs this one is static pages for the main part and then has a Wordpress blog in a sub-directory. So wish me luck with my new endeavor, I think it will be interesting to see it climb toward the top.
